I just uploaded quic-v2-02 to datatracker. All github issues are resolved. I request WGLC for this document. I think it would be useful for the WG to review this and the version-negotiation draft concurrently, as it will clarify the division between what is covered in VN and what has to be covered in individual version specs.
I believe the implementation status of v2 and VN is similar. Martin
