(bcc: tcpm, tsvwg, quic) Hello congestion control enthusiasts:
A few updates on the congestion control working group: 1) Zahed is the responsible AD and has not yet chartered the group. The charter is not approved but has stabilized. See it here: https://github.com/martinduke/congestion-control-charter 2) He has decided that if chartered, it will be named 'Congress'. 3) There is now a mailing list for discussions related to this proposed working group. Subscribe here: https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/congress. Please use this list instead of tsv-area, etc. for these subjects. 4) We are still gathering contributors to the RFC5033bis document that will be the primary deliverable of this WG. Please email the editor, Richard Scheffenegger, at [email protected] if you would like to pitch in. Richard needs help! 5) The list is also open for any other document -00s that the authors feel are ready for this proposed working group. 6) A formal meeting of some kind (WG or BoF) is extremely likely in Yokohama. Martin
