There are two small normative changes: 1) We changed a SHOULD to MAY for bundling IMMEDIATE_ACK and PMTU probes as you can also use PING for the same purpose instead. 2) We removed a SHOULD about updating ACK_FREQUENCY after migration and are using no normative language now. There are still a few open issues on github. But nothing big. So hopefully we can submit another revision after the meeting to address these final comments. See you at 117!
