Hello Everyone

I have been trying out vegetarianism for 5 days now.
There is no doubt that I feel better.  
However, I don't think that I am getting enough protein.
HEres is my diet.

Meal 1
Granola, skim milk, banana, yogurt

Meal 2
Protein Shake, fruit, flax seed

Meal 3
2 Garden Burger, 2 pieces Whole wheat toast, Mushrooms and Zuchinni
(spelling) on the side

Meal 4 
Protein Shake, fruit, flax seed

Meal 5 
4 eggs (2 yolks), Cheese, Mushrooms g/r peppers.  2 small Redskin
potatoes, 1 can black beans

Meal 6
Bakers Drive Thru (daily for 5 days now)
1 Boca Burger, 1 cheeze Quesadilla

All of this is supplemented with 0.5-0.75 of a gallon of Milk per Day.
I am working up to a gallon a day.

I have worked out for 3 years and have gained ~30lbs in the process.
I am currently 209lbs  the Goal is 225 within 2006.
I like the idea of vegetarianism, but i don't know if I can accomplish
my fitness goals without eating animals.


WHAT I NEED IS NOT RECIPIES, BUT A RESOURCE For Knowing what foods to buy.

I can figure out how to cook it, but WHAT DO I COOK?
