8 Continent's regular is supposed to be good ( a dieter said it was his
choice). I find one in the grocer's shelves called "Pearl"..I like the flavor
of the plain and it does not need refrigerated until after it is opened. I
found it on sale, but normally it costs about $2 something a quart box. I only
eat soy milk on cereal so a small container lasts several days. I have read
that if you use a lot of soy milk that you should invest in a soy milk machine.
I think they cost around $100.00.
