Broccoli Salad
1 cup broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
2 to 3 mushrooms, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 tbsps. Parmesan cheese, grated or Romano works or crumbled feta
2 tbsps. salad dressing or choice, I like Ranch
2 tbsps. pickle relish
Combine vegetables and cheese.
Blend dressing and relish together and mix with vegetables.
Refrigerate three hours before serving. Serves 2.
