Here are some yummy smoothies that we enjoy.  You can add a handful of fresh 
spinach or cabbage and you'll never know it is in there.

Citrus Berry Smoothie
  a.. 1/2 cup frozen strawberry
  b.. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  c.. 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  d.. 1 cup orange juice
  e.. 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
Puree together in blender or food processor, pulse it, to help puree it and 
serve.  I blend in my vita-mix.

Blueberry Peach Smoothie

  a.. 1 cup frozen blueberries
  b.. 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  c.. 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  d.. 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
Place all ingredints in blender an pluse until smooth
Smoothie will be very thick.  If you like sweeter smoothies add 1-3 tbls. of 
honey.
