Sounds like another health benefit... never heard that before, but I'm glad
it helps you! :) I'd be interested to know exactly what is in meat that can
aggravate arthritis...
I'm not really dependent on meat substitutes (I can go several days without
using them, depending on traditional vegetable sources for protein -- beans
and rice) but I do like them because it means I can make the meals my mom
made when I was growing up -- and they're all less greasy!!! :)
I've got a great hot chicken salad recipe I'll have to post. I use Quorn
naked fake chicken cutlets.
