Rosemary Walnuts

2 cups shelled whole walnuts
2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons crumbled dried rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place walnuts in a single layer in a shallow pan. 
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over walnuts. Roast in oven about 
10 minutes, until browned, shaking occasionally. Yields 6 servings.
