6. DVD Spotlight

Intended as the middle section of a three-part trilogy,
"Malevolence" takes place 10 years after the kidnapping of
six-year-old Martin Bristol, who was forced to witness the
unspeakable crimes of a deranged madman. For 10 years, his
whereabouts have remained a mystery.

Now, when a bank robbery goes wrong, desperate felons Julian,
Marylin and Kurt scatter to meet up later at an abandoned house in
the middle of nowhere. Grabbing hostages Samantha and Courtney along
the way, the group has no idea that the house they've chosen is
about to become a hunting ground with them as the prey.

9. The Buzz on H.264

At NAB 2005, many companies made exciting product announcements and
demonstrations of H.264/AVC-based products and solutions.

The MPEG Industry Forum reported many of the highlights from the
show, as well as news about the MPEGIF interoperability testing
program. The program allows companies to make sure their products
will work perfectly in an MPEG workflow including H.264.
