So I am not sure if I am grabbing the right version, I don't have svn in
the list of urls in my buildout, but I assumed since it was finding
quillsEnabled that it was grabbing the most recent from the right place.
Or at least it was grabbing "something" :-/ Do I need to define
dev.plone.org or in this list?
