I found some more ($version and $DB_VERSION in patchfns, $QUILT_PC/ and $DB_VERSION in upgrade), I'll fix these too. I see you also changed "Umbenennen von X auf Y" into "Umbenennen von X zu Y". I'm not too sure about this one either, I was also suggested "nach" and "in", so I'd rather not change a suboptimal form into another, but different, suboptimal form.
