It was not created with quilt, but with diff- u
When I want to apply the patch with quilt push, I get this message:
The topmost patch /home/...../test.patch needs to be refreshed first.
But if I do quilt refresh:
Nothing in patch /home/...../test.patch
I guess I'm doing something wrong there, but I cannot figure out what.
