Toboso is a demo app, is it not? I think it would help a lot to ease

Reasonable and possible, but I'm not really interested in putting any
time into it.
OK, fair enough.
If someone want sot see how Dulcinea-style menus and users
look in action, they would learn as much by looking at
http://www.memsnet.org
or
http://www.mems-exchange.org
I think this by itself would be very useful! I mean, if I was to have
seen this mentioned (and linked) the first time I went to the Toboso
page, I would have probably looked further...
It would also help make that Toboso welcome page a little less, eh,
dry... ;-)

The real point of Toboso is to show how the files of a dulcinea
application
can be arranged to work. The last release was uniquely weak in this
respect,
because it was missing the dist.py script, primarily because I did not
have
time to put into testing it.
