The MEMS Exchange released version 1.10 of the scgi package today.

This release provides some compile fixes for Apache 2.2.0, where
some APR functions were renamed.
Also released today, and available at http://www.mems-exchange.org/
software/:
QP-1.4, the Quixote-like, Durus-using, web application framework,
Durus-3.2, the object database, with new BTree methods in this
release, and
Dulcinea-1.13, the collection of modules useful for Quixote applications
and site management.
This Dulcinea release requires qp, but it still targets Quixote/PTL
applications.
