Very timely that you should have the same problems I am encountering with
the error message indicated by your subject heading.

I have an additional piece of information that might help in debugging the
situation.

I have several pc's that I'm running the QuotePlus software. The first is  my
desktop pc, identified in this email as Desktop. The second is my laptop
which is identified as my laptop.

I use my laptop when I travel and need to to continue with my daily  analysis
of the markets. The desktop, however, is the main machine I do about  95% of
my analytical work on.

I notice several days ago when I updated data to my desktop there were  holes
in some stocks, i.e. one stock in particular had two days of no data and
this was evidenced when I looked at the chart and saw two no bar days which were
NOT holidays or weekends normally.

I ran my scans using the desktop and encountered the error message id'd in
the subject line.

Today, I got around to updating the date in my laptop. The laptop had not
been updated for about a week or so, and needed the last five to ten business
days' data. The update went without a hitch. I did not check to see if there
were any missing data in stocks. When I ran my scans, they went without a
hitch.  No problems.

Figuring that the qp_rpts.exe program might be corrupt on my desktop, I
copied the program from the subdirectory of my laptop and then ran the scans
again. Again the same problem as the subject line of this email. This removed  the
possibility of a corrupted *.exe file.

I suspect the problem rests with the corrupt(?) data on my desktop?

What do you guys think?

This is  what I get SOMETIMES when running a rather complex scan.
Gotta be memory  leaks.
What's the latest version of QP2 --
I've got 2.3 Build  3.0.0.0

The SOMETIMES bit gets very  frustrating...
