When do you get that message?
Is the qp downloader running, or spp or hgs etc.
What files are in your quotes plus data\incoming directory?
Can you send a screen capture of the incoming directory to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Tonight while downloading I got the following error message
The instruction 0x0041f669 referenced memory at 0x00000000 could not be
"written"
Check OK to terminate the program click continue to debug the program.
No matter which button I select, the program terminates.
It is too late to try to contact tech support and besides which tech support
is virtually non-existant.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
