Regarding 'more, more, more'...times change.
ETFs are now the rage. They open up investments that were not 
available before via the stock market...like buying bonds and
commodities. ETFs save on fees. I think we should at least add
those indexes that may be available free. MSCI maybe free and other
by Dow Jones as well. I am not for increasing costs 
myself..especially being laid off for the past 3 years.
