You can call your credit card company and tell them to cancel all charges
from QP dating back to your cancellation date.

Hello,

On 4/21/06 I sent an email to support requesting cancellation of my
subscription. I notice that my CC is still debited each month. No one is
answering the phone (at qp) and apparently an email to support had no
effect, so I'm trying this public forum. btw, I expect a credit since the
cancellation date.
