Hi It sounds like you're not able to read the cd. If you have another drive, you can see if that will read it.
If you have a high speed connection, you can download the qp3 program and data files from this link: http://www.great-stocks.info/Qp3Setup.exe It will download around 200 meg of data. You will need your user id and password in order to download the data. If all else fails, we can send a cd out tomorrow.
