We've made posts about this in the past, however, it still seems to be an issue
with some of you. It's very important that you make sure emails coming from
Quotes Plus are NOT going into a Spam or Bulk folder. We have customers
assuming their emails aren't being responded to when they are. Please allow

To the customer who sent me an email today with the title of "Last Day", I've
been responding to you. You've been sent three emails prior to today and
several more today. You seem to see our posts which is why I'm making mention
of it here. For your privacy, I've not mentioned your name or email address.
Please update your Spam/Bulk folder so that our emails are excluded from them.
