Regarding dividends for ticker jrs, QP shows 0.17 for the last 3
months as well as .17 for the dividend to be paid in Oct.
However, according to the news, and according to Yahoo, the divvy,
for example, in August was .165, but the dividend paid in September
is .175. This indicates that jrs has increased the dividend by 1 cent
which about a 6 percent increase. However, according to what is shown
in QP, it remains the same, unchanged. Technically, if rounding
is used, .175 should round to .18, not .17 and .165 should round
to .16 and not .17.
Please verify because dividend increases is useful information.
