Gary: The addition of the menu for the old QP applications makes the beta a useful working program.
Thanks for handling the temp file problem, the export of the lists. The data view of the chart information and the ability to export it to a .csv file is a real plus. When the Charts program opens it does not display the last chart used as the old program does. This apparently disables the ability to open charts with a desired chart as you can do in QP3. i.e. "qpdisp32.exe GE". This is a step backwards and will be missed if not added to the beta. Apparently the number of stocks in list that can displayed in the sidebar has been increased from 200 to 500 which allows the display of all stocks in the S&P 500. I don't see any slow down in the display. The use a limitation doesn't make any sense even a slow display is better then not being able to see the whole list. Do we have an update on when the TradeScript language for the scans will be available. More to follow at a later date. It includes ASCII export of a list, integrated menus for the old QP applications, much improved list handling, a data view that displays all of the values on a chart and probably a few other items. > > www.qp2b.com/Qp3Beta.exe > > These should be coming on a more frequent basis now. > > Best regards, > > Gary Lyben > > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > Yahoo!
