I was just looking at some REIT stocks and noticed that QP shows the last dividend as being paid on 8/21/06 of 57 cents. It pays quarterly so I thought has it paid since? I checked Yahoo, and Yahoo shows a more recent dividend of 58 cents paid on 11/6/06. This was over 1 month ago. Please ask the people who supply the data to be more up to date. Please advise. Thanks.
