As I've mentioned before, based on my prior experience as a database manager, data accuracy is NUMBER ONE!! in importance. Everything else is then derived from that. Inaacurate data must be continuously reported as found, otherwise, errors accumulate and point is reached where it becomes impossible to fix. Since this (and most other) databases are used in various kinds of computer scans, and because computers are not people, this makes it even more necessary that data be accurate since computer scans usually cannot tell the difference between good and bad data.
