[quotes-plus] NI data error

Hello,

I think there is a wrong 'high' value for NI (NISOURCE INC COM) for
12/21/2006. Quotes Plus shows O/H/L/C values of
23.72/28.03/23.72/23.96. So the 'high' value does not seem to be
right.
