Also, I vaguely remember reading something about Nasdaq buying some 
European bourse? If so.. will that data become available through 
Nasdaq?

I read the other day that there is less and less equity (stock) 
available because companies seem to be on a privatization binge. 
Maybe new data additions can make up for the choice shortfall?

I think there are 1000s fewer stocks currently, than were available 
some years back..on nyse, amex, current nasdaq.
