On the Vista system, there is a dll in the QP program directory named iphlpapi.dll If you simply delete it , that may correct the problem. Here are the instructions for XP, as I don't have Vista installed here yet. Click Start - Programs - Accessories - Windows Explorer. Righ click on your C drive, and click Search. Enter iphlpapi.dll in the file name box and click search. The search should find the dll in the c:\program files\Quotes Plus directory. Right click on the dll and choose delete Then try the download. If that doesn't work, then the Vista firewall might be blocking the downloader, you will have to tell the firewall to allows qpdl.exe to access the Internet.
