There is no ticker corresponding to NorthStar Realty or North Star Realty in the QP list. I checked at bigcharts.com and they don't show anything either. Lionel

(NYSE: NRF) today announced the tax treatment of both its common and Series A preferred stock dividends paid during the 2006 calendar year. The four common stock dividend payments made during the 2006 calendar year totaled $1.21 per share of common stock. This amount includes the $0.27 per share dividend paid on January 9, 2006, with respect to the fourth quarter of 2005. This amount does not include the $0.35 per share dividend payable on or about February 15, 2007, with respect to the fourth quarter of 2006. For tax reporting purposes, 86.52% of the common stock dividend distributions made in 2006 will be classified as ordinary, non-qualified dividends, and 13.48% of the dividend distributions made in 2006 represented a return of capital. The Series A preferred stock dividend payment made on November 13, 2006 totaled $0.35851 per share of Series A preferred stock.
