hi, when I downloaded the data this weekend, on 1 computer the data for April 5 was missing. I tried using the other servers but the data did not come through. No reply from the helpdesk either. Finally I just reinstalled the whole package on that computer.
Anybody seen this happen? Is reinstalling the whole thing the only way to solve it? regards, Ed
