Gary:
I downloaded around 8 pm Eastern Time. There were no error messages and the few tickers I checked seem to be OK. I assume that I do not need to reinstall. You will need to download between 100-200 megabytes depending on the options that you choose. If you have a dial up connection to the internet, let us know. Do not try the download, we'll have to send a cd out to you in that case. In order to access the program, you'll need to enter your qp log on information. If you don't have it, send an email to <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> [EMAIL PROTECTED] to get your id and password. This happen to me once. I made the mistake and told it to continue when the warning popped up telling me a day was missing. I think you will have to do a complete reinstall to get the missing day, at least that was what I had to do for stocks. I don't get commodities. At this point it doesn't seem to matter, whether I proceed or not. No data for 5/17 is downloaded. I have tried both the qp2.com and greatstocks.org servers. To be clear, neither commodity nor stock data show up in my charts.
