Gary, My data download app stopped working after I upgraded to Vista. I then searched here for tips and read your suggestion about deleting "iphlpapi.dll". So I deleted the file and now I am getting a "Authorization Required" box with Username and Password already filled in. When I click on "OK" the box disappears and then reappears after a couple of seconds, but does not login and download.
Any suggestions? Thanks, Shak
