[quotes-plus] Dividends

There seem to be a few symbols (FCAP, GFLS, maybe others) which show a 
change in raw prices vs adjusted prices. They even show up in the 
SMASTER.dbf -> split table, but haven't split, just paid dividends. I 
think this should be fixed.
