Hi The name on that issue was wrong, it's corrected now.
It's not classified as an etf, but as an ELKS - Equity Linked Security, that's why it doesn't show up in the etf list. I'll have to research that a little more. It looks like there are 2 others also, RJN and RJZ that need to be corrected.
