Hi - If it is trying to download Hemscott files, that sounds like you are using the new beta? Some of us have had problems with that, you may find that reinstalling the main QP3Setup.exe will solve your problem. Also, if you have the newest version of that file, open QP setup and there is a checkbox for whether you want to see the market summary or not.
