I just uploaded a file to the files section that will provide the 
information that you requested.

Review the other files that are included in the files section. I 
believe that files before 2003 are somewhat out of date in that they 
may refer to an older version of the qp dll.

If you have further questions on the files that I have uploaded or 
problems with the com interface I will be glad to help you.
