Harry, lets make sure we  are talking about the same thing.  My usage of 
the phrase "stock dividend" in my September 10, 2008 reply means a 
dividend paid in shares of stock.  Whereas when you say "I don't think they
adjust for dividends"  implies a cash dividend. 

So yes I agree Quotes Plus does not adjusts historical prices for cash 
dividends. But if you check the SMASTER..qpf database you will find 
Quotes plus does adjust historical prices for a dividend paid in stock.  
Some of the adjustment factors for dividends paid in stock in the 
database are less than 1% in size.
