Hello John: The error 19 is an error from Vista PC's. We are still trying to figure out why it keeps doing that when people reinstall the new QP3 but that will go away after a while once you go to Tools - Update Database.
The error 19 does not do anything bad to your data or the qpcharts, it is something to do with updating the database automatically like it is supposed to, but once you do the Update Database after Downloading the data, then your PC will remember that action and you will not see the error any longer and also after it remembers the action, when you DOwnload it will then automatically updates too.
