Hello It sounds like the data isn't updated. Open the QP chart program, click update database, that will apply any files that have been downloaded.
In the qp setup program - tools - setup - download options - , make sure that Auto download and Process quotes when finished are both set, then you should be able to just click tools - Downloader to get the current files and apply them. In the chart program, the D and W keys toggle between daily and weekly charts, make sure that you/re looking at the daily charts.
