[qutebrowser] How to connect to DNS?

I tried the --qt-flag dns-over-https and restarted the browser, it
still not connecting to 1.1.1.1.
I'm using Zorin OS, I already set 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 on DNS Network
setttings. what did I miss?
