When I go to that page I don't see an "Enable Dependabot" button and instead I see a link to this github action https://github.com/lufte/qutebrowser/blob/master/.github/workflows/ci.yml. I just realized this feature is in Beta though, so it's probable that it is misbehaving. I sent them some feedback, let's see how it goes.
