[qutebrowser] qutebrowser blocking URL based on parameters - where to configure?

qutebrowser is blocking (ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT) sentry.com URLs. I didn't find 
that domain blocked in any of its blacklists, so after more research I noticed 
that it's blocked based on its parameters.

This URL is blocked: 
https://moneythink.sentry.io/issues/5658286184/?referrer=alert_email&alert_type=email&alert_timestamp=1722362552552&alert_rule_id=5168284&notification_uuid=35843af4-98da-4a33-a9d2-51ea9d228bef&environment=production

Where is this behavior configured?
