This function is called both for audio and video rtp stream,
make you should mark the transport obect as dedicated for video in
phmedia_video.c::ph_msession_video_start

i think i have some solution like dup cute's buffer in vlc buffer but
i hope it's easyer with just dump recv's packet in vlc instance.
