Hey, maybe you've forgotten the website. I went in and didn't find any of the information I was looking for easily. That is things like:
- What is it at all? What features is known to work? Video work? What formats etc? (How's the normal easy method to run it (e.g. Alice installs, Bob installs they both got Jabber accounts and can connect together and share video) - What OS-es does it run on? - What licence? - How does it look (screenshots, only one on the frontpage would do much)? - Is it smart enough to handle NAT-ing? - Why is OpenWengo dead? I've actually got many answers answered by reading the mailing list archive -- but that's just because I'm especially interested (I need a good solution now, I think I'm going with Skype, but really - I prefer open source and open standards). I've followed openwengo in the past, and now suddenly there is QuteCom and I don't know why :-) (I guess I can find that also by digging through archives, -- but I think it would be smart to have such things on the website where most people come :-) ). Anyway, it seems there is active development. Good stuff! PS: You need to CC me, as I'm not on the list. -- Beste helsing, Odin Hørthe Omdal <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> http://www.velmont.net _______________________________________________ QuteCom-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.qutecom.org/mailman/listinfo/qutecom-dev
