Folks, We're happy to announce RC3 release for QuteCom 2.2 This release contains following fixes and enchancements * Mac build fixes * 64-bit build fixes * libpurple related bug fixes * fixes for plugin codec functionality * fixes to codec negotiations (now able to work with ILBC in 30ms or 20ms modes) * ilbc codec moved to plugin * fixes to handle audio frames with smaller than expected sizes * conf call fixes * duplicate account bug fixes
