It is difficutl to say what is gone wrong,
Please try to check following:
1) QuteCom volume settings
2) QuteCom audio settings (check if correct audio device is selected
and if test sound plays ok)
3) Using wireshark you can check if the outgoing and icoming streams
contains valid audio data (you can play this data directly in wireshark)
If outgoing stream contains valid data it means that QuteCom's
audio playback is screwed
4) Try to fiddle with codec settings (move G711 to the beginning of
the codec list)
