If libpurple is compiled with gnutls, QuteCom im does not work. don't 
know why :-( same thing with nss ...

if you plan to test with nss,
don't forget to add the nss proto init function in 
libs/3rdparty/libpurple/pidgin-2.5.1/config.h :: #define 
STATIC_PROTO_INIT cause protocol plugin are static
