I wander why people go SOAP way for this stuff.
IMO REST is much simpler...

There is no standard way to do this. With Wengo as the VoIP service, the
update was done by a call to ws.wengo.com after the call has been hung
up. Looking in the sources, the specific call was:
http://ws.wengo.fr/info/info.php?login=<Wengo username>&password=<Wengo
password>
It doesn't appear to be working right now.
i vote for general SOAP API
rene kolarik is working on this for sms gateway. he send some info soon
