For example it's what Vbuzzer are doing. it's pretty useful I think because
usually SIP & RTp ports are closed on public Wifi for example, actually most
of the time only 80 and 443 are opened but I think it's really rare that
there is a really firewall analysing traffic.


But http tunnel solve another common problem : http Proxy used in most
companies.  Sip/UDP  Over 80/443 won't work with a http proxy.
