Windows installer does not contain microsoft runtime library
redistributable. At least Microsoft VC80 CRT is required.
That causes the following error:
"This application has failed to start because the application
configuration is incorrect."
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install clean Windows XP SP3.
2. Install QuteCom.
3. Try to start QuteCom.
